ANSA Hungary Charity has the honor of inviting you and your friends to our 5th annual Charity Ball.
This year it will be held in the fabulous Duna Palota on the 5th of March.
Doors open at 19.00.
The money raised is used to support Father Csaba's work in building a dormitory for students who grew up in orphanages in Transylvania, Romania.

Finger food will be served, there will be a performance by a choir, a video
presentation about the project, and a lottery with amazing prizes and of course great music all night.

On September 11th 2001, Silje Lien Lømo and Lars Kristian Hage met in Pécs, Hungary.
This year, they were married at Bortistu gård in Oppdal, Norway. Through their studies in Hungary, as well as through Siljes chief bridesmaid central role in the project, they chose to request money for the Romania-project as an alternative wedding-gift.
As a result, the large sum of 40 400 NOK was transferred to the project. This enables the project to do great things, and this is an especially large amount in Romania.
As the Maid of Honor, I have to say I never expected anything like this, and it was a great surprise to everyone in the project that we were even considered. But for those of us who know this couple, it was no surprise that Silje and Lars Kristian would be the couple up for the task. They both have a great deal of empathy for the people around them, as well as for things occurring elsewhere in the world. To choose this type of gift speaks a great deal for their values in life, and the rather great size of their hearts.
It is hard to find the words to show the appreciation we feel due to their decision to help our project. But, I think the best way to give thanks is to travel down to Romania to meet all the students that have been helped by this donation, and how grateful they are to be given a chance to an education and a safe future.
Thank you very much, Silje and Lars Kristian. It means a great deal for all of us in the project that you should consider us for your big day. It gives us motivation and confidence, it shows that someone sees the value of what we do, and supplies us the will to continue to work even harder towards our goals, so that new goals may be reached.

Vi i prosjektet kan gledelig informere om at vår kjære Miriam Sare vant årets æresutmerkelse "Vaganten" fra ANSA, grunnet hennes fantastiske arbeid for dette prosjektet. Tanken bak denne prisen er å berømme mennesker både innenfor og untenfor ANSA som har gjort en særdeles innsats for organisasjonen. Gratulerer Miriam! |

30. september reiser vi avgårde på årets ROMANIA TUR :)
Som før reiser vi avsted med dugnadsånd og godt humør - I år er det
"guttehuset" som skal få gjennomgå!!!
Det trenger litt av hvert av maling og fiksing, og vi skal pynte opp
med møbler, gardiner og bilder.
Vi skal også besøke et av områdene barnehjemsbarna kommer fra og
besøke et dagsenter der noen av barna går på skole og "SFO".
Her får vi se hva slags forhold barna kommer fra, høre noen av
historiene deres og se hvordan dagene deres er på dagsenteret.
På bussen er det plass til 30 personer, så her er det førstemann til mølla!!

Som før tar vi med klær nedover til studentene, hvis du har noe du vil
gi ta kontakt med noen på listen nedenfor for avtale.
Til barna på dagsenteret vil vi gjerne ta med ungarske barnebøker,
skolesaker, leker så om du har en liten ting du vil gi blir det satt
veldig stor pris på!

kl 16:00 - Oppmøte på parkeringsplassen ved Heroes Square
kl 16:30 - Avreise med buss fra Budapest
kl 21:30 - Ankomst Nagyvarad.
- På bussturen blir det fortalt og vist film om prosjektet,
underholdning og andre overraskelser!
Fredag 1/10:
kl 10:00 - Avreise hotellet
kl 11:00 - Ankomst dagsenteret i Nagy Gálospetri.
- Her skal vi: - leke med barna - få omvisning på dagsenteret - høre
historien til noen av de som er der og hvordan dagsenteret fungerer -
dra ut til de fattige områdene rundt der barna kommer fra - spise
lunsj - gi fra oss mat, klær, skolesaker og andre ting vi har samlet
inn.
kl 16:00 - Avreise Nagy Szalonta
kl 21:00 - Ankomst Kolosvar
- I Kolosvar blir det pizzakveld og hygge sammen med studentene på
studenthjemmet.
Lørdag 10/10:
kl 10:00 - Buss fra hotellet til studenthjemmet - "guttehuset"
- Dugnadsdag!
- Vi skal: - male vegger og veranda - skru sammen og sette opp møbler
-henge opp bilder/gardiner/lamper og gjøre det hyggelig i huset.
kl 14:00 - Felles lunsj i hagen
kl 15:00 - Dugnad fortsetter/ eventuelt guidet tur i Kolosvar
kl 19:00 - Grillfest i hagen på det nye studenthjemmet - "jentehuset"-
med alle studentene i Kolosvar.
Søndag 11/10:
kl 12:00 - Hjemreise
kl 19:00 - Ankomst Budapest. |
